Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy to use and to open an account without any stress.

I have been pleasantly surprised by how much easier and more streamlined Starling Bank is compared to HSBC, who I’ve been with for over 10 years. Starling make it easy to process transactions, in GBP and EUR. I’ve been recommending Starling to all my friends. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Easiest to contact during pandemic

Live chats and phone lines were barely effected by lockdown, reissued card when there was a worry about a data breach from another company Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Customer Service - excellent; and Card delivery - very fast

The customer service staff are excellent that response my questions through live chat very efficient. I reordered the Debit Card last year through the App because the old card could not work, and the card can be delivered within 2 working days by mail, really fast! Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Beautiful business model that will lead the future of banking

Innovative forward thinking bank

Starling bank values their customers and that is shown by the services they provide. For any person that travels there are No transaction fees for cash withdrawals from ATM's in multiple countries. Travellers cheques are now a thing of the past. You can do any bank transaction online easily and seamlessly. The customer support is first class unlike high street banks.
