Easy, intuitive, friendly and functional

Moved to Starling after poor services at previous banks, it took 2 days to get setup but since then has been perfect, no issues, great interface, easy to use and very easy to switch and much more in control Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Simple,sending & secure.

Best bank

I love real time notifications in the app as soon as a contactless payment has been approved. Easy to find payments in and out of account in the app. I feel I have much more control of my money in my Starling account than my other account with a “traditional” bank’s online system. In control

Easy to use with near instant alerts for most transactions. Very helpful reminders for upcoming payments where balance may be low. Great customer service and simple but feature packed app with added bonus of web based access. I signed up in 2016 after I read an article on Starling, it didn’t take long for me to realise that I needed to switch to them permanently. Highly recommended and deserving of this award.
