Excellent Service

Starling have the best banking app I have used. They have all the features I need such as depositing cheques via the app. They are easy to deal with and I trust them. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

In control

Easy to use with near instant alerts for most transactions. Very helpful reminders for upcoming payments where balance may be low. Great customer service and simple but feature packed app with added bonus of web based access. I signed up in 2016 after I read an article on Starling, it didn’t take long for me to realise that I needed to switch to them permanently. Highly recommended and deserving of this award. Compatible - being the first UK bank on the Huawei AppGallery means Starling users can bank as usual, even if they are switch their mobile devices. Secure - verifying our identity using video with a review process helps users feel secure and looked after.
