Great customer services. Amazed open 24 hours too amd I feel that you are genuinely listened to as a human being.

Almost everything I want

Starling Bank features basically everything I could want from a bank, particularly with their fantastic app. It replaces many separate tools and allows me to feel confident in my financial habits. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Hassle free banking

I joined Stirling Bank 3 or 4 years ago now. It's my holiday bank, with almost instantaneously information on transactions. So I was able to track my spending and review my funds, without needing to exchange currency. Though Id also recommend it to anyone wishing to keep update with spending. As not only does it tell you as you spend. It allows you to review what you spending on. So those minded can make changes to be more cost effective. Oh and they don't constantly bombard you with irrelevant marketing of products. Though if you need something I've found them to be happy to help Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Great Bank, with a superior App that is so easy to use and understand

Just... easier.

After years of trying to integrate even progressive bank accounts with external tools and spreadsheets, Starling removed the need to do this overnight. Real-time tagging of transactions at the point of spend, and in-app viewing of spend to date by category are game changers for me. We very quickly decided that there was no need to keep hold of our previous bank (of 20+ years) as a safety net. Starling just does everything better. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Simple Secure Safe

Is all you need in Bank in just with little phone app. Particularly useful for us as we have a European holiday home and can have 2 currencies and can transfer funds easily and at a good rate. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
