Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Banking as it should be - 5/5*

I've never had a complaint about Starling - but if I ever did, I'm sure it would be resolved by Starling just as the complaints I've had about some merchants and their fraudulent practices have been by Starling staff. Budgeting is super easy - with monthly spending broken-down into categories so you know when to trim back on something. Statements can be generated for specific date ranges with digital signatures - so submitting evidence of income online has never been easier. The instant spending alerts and security from the ground up make online and in-person shopping as safe as possible. I have full confidence in this bank. I joined in November 2019 and Starling keep going from strength to strength. It's no-wonder they've been voted Best British Bank EVERY YEAR SINCE 2018 and I believe they're still worthy of this accolade and others, too. From a very happy Starling customer. Easy to use and great customer service.

Starling has been a pleasure to use since I first signed up. Responsive customer service and easy to navigate. It would be great if there was a desktop version of the app as looking though things on a phone screen isnt always ideal, and sometimes the livevcustomer service wait is a little long however these are small annoyances compared to all of the other brilliant features. Does exactly what I need

I have somewhere to put my money. I feel it is safe there. I have multiple ways to contact someone, whether it be urgent or just a general question. I have the ability to request money from anyone, anywhere, without having to send out my bank details. The app notifies me of all transactions, usually as they happen. Worry-free banking

Delightful app, can do so much on it. I spend a lot of time in Europe and the contactless EUR card is great, it knows when a transaction is denominated in euros and will take the money from your euro account. Topping up the EUR account from GBP is easy and offers a great FX rate Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Putting the Customer First

Clear speaking intelligent call centre staff. Excellent assistance with higher value transactions when needed. Vastly superior phone app. and connectivity. Cannot recommend highly enough compared to the “big” mainstream banks. Thankyou Starling! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Excellent all round!

I initially got a Starling account to use for foreign currency, I was so impressed that within three months I started using it as my main current account and now I have my business account with Starling too. I love the spaces, in my personal account I use it for saving towards Christmas and holidays, and in my business account I use them for VAT and corporation tax liabilities and keeping track of my directors loan amounts.
