BEST BANK EVER!

Stumble across starling around 3 years ago. With my credit score it was pretty much the only bank to accept me but I'm glad they did. Now I've built my credit cack upto a very good score I'll l still be sticking with starling. Best bank around by far. Reviewed on: 11th February 2021

A really great bank

Starling is what I want a bank to be. It's safe and secure, yet for me it's simple and I can do what I want. I can see my spending, help save and have individual goals for saving. I can see my account and my joint account with the click of a button and sending and receiving money is simple. I can control my card locking and unlocking as I need. I can block some ways of using my card. Its just does what a bank should do and helps me manage my money with ease. The company seems pretty nice too Reviewed on: 11th February 2021

Ease of use combined with great service and security.

Starling Bank makes working through its app trouble free. The account was simple to set up, and all communications were clear and concise. In addition, the unique 'face print' video, in addition to 2 other security measures, is reassuring and gives one a feeling of security. Any queries are responded to promptly and respectfully. Very good phone based service

Phone app not perfect but still quite easy to use for a 75yr old with reasonable IT/mobile App skills. May be will be easier as more use makes the less frequently used functions become familiar. Reviewed on: 10th February 2021

Not had any responce from Starling bank to my complaint

Not had any responce from Starling bank to my complaint its now over 3 weeks. I have had a responce from smartmoneypeople.com asking me to update my review, so I have - Starling Bank are still as bad as ever, don't both to reply to emails, complants anything. Reviewed on: 9th February 2021
