Best Banking Decision Ever!

Great, slick, pain- free joining processes!

I have joined this year having had current accounts with Lloyds and Nationwide for years. Their onboarding process easily outstrips both. Their app functionality exceeds the range of services available with Nationwide. Neither Lloyds or Nationwide offer the analysis on expenditure (my reason for joining starling, as I'd like to learn more about how I spend and what I can do to cut costs). Safe, secure, straightforward, east & efficient banking

I came to Starling following a poor experience with another internet only bank, who were difficult to contact, where security issues were rarely identified and where paying money in was not straightforward, amongst other things. Starling have renewed my faith in internet banking. Thanks to the app, I know that my money is safe & secure. Game changer!

I used to bank with HSBC and I found the customer service to be a long, difficult process. Starling on the other hand are amazing - the app is so easy to use and I can track my spending so much better. The customer service is excellent and I won’t ever switch :) Reviewed on: 4th February 2021
