Best Banking Decision Ever!

Switching to Starling has been an absolute delight. From the insanely quick account creation time, to the ability to micromanage your money, to the ever growing range of add-ons, the risky decision to switch banks was justified and then some. Great work Starling! Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

So much easier to use

Great, slick, pain- free joining processes!

I have joined this year having had current accounts with Lloyds and Nationwide for years. Their onboarding process easily outstrips both. Their app functionality exceeds the range of services available with Nationwide. Neither Lloyds or Nationwide offer the analysis on expenditure (my reason for joining starling, as I'd like to learn more about how I spend and what I can do to cut costs). Safe, secure, straightforward, east & efficient banking

I came to Starling following a poor experience with another internet only bank, who were difficult to contact, where security issues were rarely identified and where paying money in was not straightforward, amongst other things. Starling have renewed my faith in internet banking. Thanks to the app, I know that my money is safe & secure. It's easy to deposit cheques, set up payments, in fact to do all of my day to day banking. Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Game changer!

I used to bank with HSBC and I found the customer service to be a long, difficult process. Starling on the other hand are amazing - the app is so easy to use and I can track my spending so much better. The customer service is excellent and I won’t ever switch :) Reviewed on: 4th February 2021
