Safe, secure, straightforward, east & efficient banking

I came to Starling following a poor experience with another internet only bank, who were difficult to contact, where security issues were rarely identified and where paying money in was not straightforward, amongst other things. Starling have renewed my faith in internet banking. Thanks to the app, I know that my money is safe & secure. It's easy to deposit cheques, set up payments, in fact to do all of my day to day banking. Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Game changer!

I used to bank with HSBC and I found the customer service to be a long, difficult process. Starling on the other hand are amazing - the app is so easy to use and I can track my spending so much better. The customer service is excellent and I won’t ever switch :) Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Excellent service

The customer service is one of the best, I have yet to see a high street bank at 3am able to explain an issue with my account unlike starling who are there 24/7/365. Not only that but also the app has such a simple design layout it’s ideal for people even those who have never done online banking could find their way around it. Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Revolutionary

Revolutionised the way I deal with my money; using savings Spaces has helped me save more than I’ve ever been able to. Wonderful service when you need them, no hassle when you don’t, superb app, no card readers or silly keypads to gain access to your own money, great social networking. Superb.
