Simply Brilliant

It just works. Works really well. Is easy to do all my dy to day banking with. If I need help I have online chat. If I need to lodge I do so at any postoffice. For everything else, its on my phone 24/7. No need to go to a physical bank branch, no need to queue, no need to mask up. Banking as it should be in the 21st century. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021

Revolutionary

I've been banking with Starling for almost 3 years... I cannot fault the service. On creation of the account a few years ago via a simple video registration, the app was user friendly, easy to send money via a primary account and use for all things online. Forward a few yrs I continue to use the app, card and services, even more so during covid with continuous services and no disruptions. I'm happy with all it has to offer, easy to review spend, set up regular payments, saving in saving space and navigate from the comfort of home. Definitely 5 star provider.
