Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Best digital banking

Starting are a brilliant Bank... their customer service is 24/7 and they resolve your issues within the app or on a call! I particularly like the in app approval for any large card payments I make to prevent fraud! I also use business banking which is great also! Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

No fuss, safe banking platform

Clear, concise and clever. Felt my details and information from application to set up was safe and secure at all times. There were no unnecessary hoops to jump through to prove my ID and I have been treated with respect when I have had to contact customer services on a few occasions. Simple fast and always open

I originally opened a Starling account as a subsidiary account to my main one but it has been so good I am thinking about transferring to it completely. I love the immediate notifications you get on spending and receiving money. The categorization is very helpful and it was very easy to set up. What's not to like! Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

Best Banking Experience Ever!

I live part time in both the US and U.K. and as such, have regular international banking needs. After struggling for years with fees and lagging technology from other traditional banks, my friend recommended Starling. I have never liked a Bank more (or, for that matter, at all!). Does it all, simpler.

Starling 2021

I have banked with starling since June 2018 so this year will be my 3rd year with starling and I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem ....... it’s better than most high street banks. Amazing bank Reviewed on: 27th January 2021

Superb digital bank

Only one of the two true digital banks i am aware of in the in the universe. All banks I am aware of have absolutely no idea of the difference between a digital bank and internet banking. They are a nightmare if attempting to use them for share dealing in particular and their fraud departments are totally incompetent in handling scams and corruption.
