Service with everything you need

I joined Starling initially to have a separate account for some travel needs due to their no fees abroad offering. This worked perfectly and the account opening experience was super smooth. Now I have expanded my use of the account for daily needs. The app is so easy to use and has great features. The pay nearby is so useful especially during lockdown. I persuaded my son to open an account and it made shopping for me easy for him. My wife has one too. I feel part of family as a Starling customer, something my high street bank never did. I have recommended Starling to many colleagues and friends. This year I will move my entire banking to Starling. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

So Easy and great app

Everything so so easy in every way. Easy to open an account, easy to use the app, easy to keep secure. Love having one debit card that detects whether to pay from Sterling or Euro account. Love immediate confirmation of transactions so no need for paper receipts etc. Cant recommend enough. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Amazing app, great staff and great service

Switching to Starling was simplicity itself. The technology is amazing - everything works so well. I have phoned a couple of times. Staff are friendly and extremely efficient. App has great features for budgeting and setting savings goals. Best move I've made. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021
