The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Refreshingly Current

Starling banking has been a breath of fresh air in a world of outdated banking apps that haven’t yet caught up with the needs of the population in 2021. The spaces function in the banking app has revolutionised our spending and transformed my family’s finances as we have much more visible control over our spending and saving. We love many other features of the app too, including being able to pay cheques in via the app (very handy in a lockdown). Starling is modern, ethical, innovative banking and we love it! Best bank

Easy and hassle free. Highly recommended!

Starling bank has been easy to use since first downloading the app. My partner and I are saving to move home so we easily were able to set up the joint account feature, whilst still having individual current accounts to be able to spend with. Eventually we will consider switching out main current accounts to Starling. The process of setting up an account was so easy and straight forward and the accounts come with many great features. So far I haven’t even had to contact customer services as everything in the app is so self explanatory. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021
