No longer anxious

I've been so grateful to find Starling bank. I no longer feel anxious to look at my bank account since I am in control and not controlled by my money - or lack of it. Starling make it so accessible and straightforward to save and monitor spending. I started 2021 by moving my main current account to Starling and already seeing the benefits of financial management. Love it

Starling's easy navigation, controls and format have fundamentally changed my banking, spending and saving habits. For the first time in my life I've been able to keep a proper track on my spend. I devote funds into 'spaces' so that I can save properly. I can switch funds easily between accounts. Customer service has always been immediately available and responsive to my needs. Innovative, quick and great!

So far the customer service has been amazing, and quick through the app. Using the chat function means I can carry on doing what I am doing not waiting on hold. The app is easy to use with great features, I like the way every time I spend or have income it tells me and shows immediately. That way I know exactly where I am up to. Overall great experience.
