Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy to use, cards are a bit useless though

Have had no issues contacting them if I have a query, app is straightforward and easy to navigate, my only issue has been with the debit card, I've had 5, I think, since October, chip scratches easily and card number fades quickly, doesn't cost me anything to replace, but from a costing and environmental angle, surely a slightly better quality(embossed) debit card would make more sense. Completely tuned into my banking needs

So pleased I changed to Starling last year. Excellent customer service when you need it. The app is intuitive to use and I LOVE being able to compartmentalise my money within one account. Amazingly simple

Super easy to use

From setting up the account to reviewing where my spending is going each month, I just love Starling. And there was only one time I needed support and a human was there on text chat within a few seconds.
