Great bank and should win!

The ease of use is great, definitely the best banking app out there. The customer service always sorts out issues with upmost care, however, would be better if had a call centre option as well. The app gives great summaries of spending and budget analysis. Starling definitely has the best banking app out there currently& one of the top customer services at par with Barclays. How banking should be like

Excellent bank in all aspects - well developed app, simple and convenient for frequent travellers like myself (last year aside), listen to customers by for example developing a web based version too, and very good customer service. Then there are the added bonuses like 'spaces', being able to write personal notes with each transaction, and separating transaction into various categories, all which makes budgeting so much easier.
