Starling has become integral to our family and lifestyle

Starling has been more than just a bank. It has become our family’s one stop place to keep track of our finances, understand our spending patterns, save for future goals and make big family decisions. It is simple and easy to use and all in the comfort of our finger tips. The customer experience has been great and easy. My favourite experience was being able to pay our house deposit by using just faster payments instead of the usual chaps. The process was simple and easy to understand and clearly defined to avoid fraud. Best decision I ever made

Starling just works and the instant notifications are brilliant. Having a Euro account and being able to use the same card for payments in £ or Euro is fantastic. A modern banking experience without the bureaucracy of legacy banks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Fast & efficient

Why can’t all banks be like this? We set up a joint account in record time and now run all our joint expenses from it. Direct debits, standing orders, change of address all arranged with a couple of clicks. Starling has set the gold standard for personal banking. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
