Honest, transparent and easy to use

Having left one of the high street banks, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Starling are transparent, upfront and honest with everything they do, and there seems to be a genuine care and appreciation for customers, treating them as people not just numbers. Banking with Starling is actually a pleasure and I’m happy for my money to be with them over anyone else. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Perfect

I moved from a 'traditional' bank last year and have been blown away by Starling. The customer service is excellent and completely focused on what I need, rather than internal processes. Great online banking

Current Account

Easy to open the account, easy to manage, opened a kite account for my daughter (15) love being able to see what she has, where she’s spending & being able to just pop onto the app and change her spending allowances as needed. Have several savings spaces open, one for Christmas and 1 each for each of my kids as just in case money, starting to put a little away for them each month starting in January. The app is so easy to use, all my spaces are there to see in one place and moving money into them is a breeze. And it’s only £2 a month for daughters account, she’s learning to get to grips with using a debit card & I’m not being charged a small fortune for the privilege. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

No fuss bank account

I have use mainstream banks for 50 years, not any more

I have used a leading High Street bank since I was 20. My son introduced me to Starling, I love it. No hassle to set up, the alerts on my phone are fantastic and the card is accepted everywhere. The interest helps and I at last feel in control of my day to day spending. When I traveled abroad I felt confident that I would not get home to find my saving looted. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
