Refreshingly Brilliant

Ethical banking thats easy to use

I switched to Starling after a search on Ethical Banking, it seemed a great option with ethical investments. The bonus has been that the app is intuitive and very visual making budgetting and saving extremely easy. The addition of Kids Cards spaces has been fab too, my girls are happy to have their own cards and are now learning how to save and spend wisely. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

A refreshingly good bank

Recently switched to Starling from one of the big banks and no regrets at all. The app is very easy to navigate to get to any information you need to get to and it's just so refreshing to have a bank that just does what it's meant to do! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Safe, easy to use no confusion!

I’ve been with Starling a while now and have experienced changes and developments all excellent and aimed at the end users. My only Criticism is I’ve been using my overdraft quite a lot over Covid always paying back in but they chose to CUT my overdraft limit when I need it most. Even though I e been a good customer, no problem paying the fees either as was helping through. Other wise it’s a very convenient banking app and customer service amazingly polite and professional just what’s needed! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great banking app easy to use.I can do everything on the app so easy from paying in cheques and paying money from one account to another

I love the fact that when you spend the money is debated out of my account straight away so you know how much you have in your account. Starling bank has helped me save a lot more than I ever did as everything is in real time.For once I can clearly see how much I have spent in a day and in a month.Customer service is second to none polite and helpful.Can not rate this bank highly enough.
