What every bank should be

Simple, easy to use, app is fantastic. euro Account a dream for our Euro payment to for our house in France. No high street bank comes close to customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Forward Thinking

Thanks to the real-time information, the ability to move money in too little saving pots within the account, I am now more in control of my money than I have ever been. Thanks to Starling's forward-thinking approach to banking I have gone from being someone who used to bury their head in the sand with my previous bank (of 20 years) and not know what my real financial situation was like, to be able to know instantly how much money I have, what's coming in and what's going out. So easy to use

Fab bank!

Ethical banking thats easy to use

I switched to Starling after a search on Ethical Banking, it seemed a great option with ethical investments. The bonus has been that the app is intuitive and very visual making budgetting and saving extremely easy. The addition of Kids Cards spaces has been fab too, my girls are happy to have their own cards and are now learning how to save and spend wisely. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

A refreshingly good bank

Safe, easy to use no confusion!

I’ve been with Starling a while now and have experienced changes and developments all excellent and aimed at the end users. My only Criticism is I’ve been using my overdraft quite a lot over Covid always paying back in but they chose to CUT my overdraft limit when I need it most. Even though I e been a good customer, no problem paying the fees either as was helping through. Other wise it’s a very convenient banking app and customer service amazingly polite and professional just what’s needed! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
