Flexible and easy

We use the account for overseas payments and it is just what we want. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great banking app easy to use.I can do everything on the app so easy from paying in cheques and paying money from one account to another

I love the fact that when you spend the money is debated out of my account straight away so you know how much you have in your account. Starling bank has helped me save a lot more than I ever did as everything is in real time.For once I can clearly see how much I have spent in a day and in a month.Customer service is second to none polite and helpful.Can not rate this bank highly enough. Simple, reliable banking, with excellent customer service

I couldn't be happier about making the switch to Starling a couple of years ago, after several years of increasing frustration with the antiquated bureaucracy of Nationwide. Starling works just as a bank should do, providing simple and easy-to-use services. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact their customer support team, I have been able to get through to talk to someone almost immediately, and they have resolved my query very quickly. Excellent bank
