Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own... Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own money by stopping you transferring it between your own accounts and also returned a £20 direct deb... Read more Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Does what I need with the minimal of fuss

Has the vast majority of the features I need and want. Only criticism would be the (understandable given the current economical climate) interest rate changes on in credit bank balances. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Everything is so easy and convenient

Setting up a current account as a new customer was easy, using the app is so easy, finding all the functions is so easy and the bit I like the most is the saving spaces. I no longer need to record each part of my savings account or have multiple accounts. Very smart and easy!!! I also like the security...like when I get notified of all payments and when I need to authorise payments. So much better use of technology than mainstream banks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
