Modern banking for the 21st Century

I hear Starling's customer care is superb but everything is so clear on the app I haven't needed to use it. Just switched my 87 Yr old mother on to it and she's wondering why she was so afraid of online banking! Love the spaces idea too. I've set up my daughter with her own card to teach her about money and banking. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Very pleased

Very pleased with this account. Used card abroad over summer 2020 and the exchange rate was good and no fees abroad is one of the reasons I decided on this account. App is very easy to use and understand. I can not comment on customer service as I have had no need to contact them as have been happy with everything provided to date.
