An excellent and easy to use bank

Game changer!

Has made banking on the go so much easier at home and overseas. Cannot rate it highly enough. High street banks make you spend hours in branches to carry out simple transactions or to open accounts with loads of paperwork. With Starling you apply online, get set up quickly and everything just works as it should: simple fast and effective. It makes me feel good about banks again! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

A simpler more effective way of banking

Easy access and great service

Starling Bank is the second I've tried in the past year for my tiny, fledgling business. I chose Starling because of its strong ethical credentials and have stayed because it is great value, and stunningly easy to use. It offers everything I need, from quick access using my phone's fingerprint facility and downloadable statements, to easily accessed and copied account details. Yay Starling! I would definitely recommend starling

Starling bank is very easy to use and set up and navigate. They respond quickly to any questions and also implemented helpful options like uploading cheques so no need to post. Transfers are straightforward and security is good - the app is easy to use with lots of functions and alerts and will question anything it doesn’t think looks right or account names that don’t quote match. It took me 45 years to change my bank, absolutely no regrets

I moved to Starling in October 2020. The transition was seamless, and I love the app.I don't miss a physical bank as I'd been banking with the Clydesdale for decades. Wish I'd moved sooner. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
