EXCELLENT SERVICE

Switching to Starling was do easy and everything was transferred over within a matter of days. No issues whatsoever. The app is easy to use and the customer support is outstanding, even at 3a.m.! I have also opened a euro account which makes transferring funds to my Spanish bank account straightforward. I wiuld recommend Starling Bank to anyone who wants an excellent,modern banking service . Quality service

Moved from a 'traditional' bank, no fuss, easy to setup, well thought out, love the 'spaces' for saving (no more having to have multiple savings accounts', love the way you can add in your pensionbee account etc. Someone seems to have actually listened to customers about what they want and it shows Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Excellent Online Banking

I’ve been using Starling just under a year now, as I quite curious on this new bank. But after some thorough research I wanted to make the switch from a big well known bank, Starling tick all my ethos the app is lovely, and the saving spaces are great! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Best bank to deal with

I thought about getting this account as I have heard so many good thing about it so I signed up online and was ready to go so easy to use and transfer from account to account I would recommend this bank to everyone even my partner changed to this bank . Reccomend to everyone

Fantastic, easy bank to bank with. Any enquiries I've had and been dealt with within seconds of typing on the message page, it's been resolved within 5 minutes maximum, who wants to be stuck on the phone, going from option to option for 10 minutes before speaking to a human? Or having to make time to go into the bank to sort something out? Transfering money is quick and easy. App is so easy to understand and use. Got my husband and step son to join too. Would ALWAYS reccomend Starling Bank to bank with. Previously been with Barclays and thought their bank was great, but Starling has nothing on them! Starling is my best bank by far.
