Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own... Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own money by stopping you transferring it between your own accounts and also returned a £20 direct deb... Read more Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Is there such a thing as a perfect bank. Before Starling Bank, NO. I've been a customer for less than a year but have received excellent customer service from Starling. I joined because of their reputation. Now I can recommend because of their reputation. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
