Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Best on line bank

Being over 50 any changes that involve technology get me a bit jittery. I cannot believe how straightforward banking with starling is and the openess of the account...I can even block and unblock my card with a tap of a finger. I absolutely love this bank and I am forever telling everyone about it. It seems they have actually thought things through before coming up with their product. I have never been to call them

Their tech is super. Who needs people or branches? I can do everything I need on my app.. even do low cost currency conversion. I wish there were more financiall rewards/incentives as I don't value the marketplace they offer but still.. I get seamless personal banking. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Instant banking

I have a couple accounts with different banks but nothing compares to Starling. Everything is instant and pings straight to your phone. We're in an age where our phones are always by our sides so if there's ever a problem with my bank or a transaction has been made, I will know, instantly. Opened an account so my partner and I could have a joint account and it's made things easier and quicker without worry! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Basics (and more) done brilliantly

First class app, great additional features like certified statements and account confirmation letters. Everything I need from my primary bank without having to wait for responses or missed callbacks, and no need to go into a branch. Can't fault them. Would love savings products soon, but spaces will do for now. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
