Starling Bank takes user experience to the next level. They provide the level of trust of large established banks while offering modern features to make transfers, payments, and everything else so much easier. I recommend Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Changed banking for me

I’d banked with the same bank since I opened my first account as a teen and always thought that banking had to be a stressful, confusing and difficult process. This view completely changed when I swapped to a Starling account. Keeping track of my finances and viewing statements etc is so easy. Definitely sticking with Starling! Everything a bank should be in 2021

It is clear that too many conventional banks are still running on old legacy systems. Bank usage has changed dramatically over the last few years. Starling have designed their bank from the ground up and whether you are using their well-designed mobile app or desktop experience, you will find everything you need for day to day efficient running of your bank account(s). They have really covered all the bases and designed their bank for ease of use whereby everything is convenient. Should you need assistance, they even provide personal 24-hour customer service, so there is always someone there if you need them. Cheques may be on the decline but when you are presented with one, it takes less than two minutes to capture it with your mobile device and providing it doesn't bounce, it will be in your account within two working days, making travelling to external premises to pay it in redundant. Should you need to withdraw or deposit cash, your nearest Post Office will be able to assist you with that. I could go on! Safe to say, if you want your personal banking to embrace the 21st century, just check out Starling Bank, as switching from your existing bank is very straightforward, with Starling taking care of everything once approved. Excellent online Bank
