Amazing, smart, easy and free

Absolutely delightful company to have an account with, switching was easy and wonderful, customer service is grand, the app is the best I've ever used for a banking service and its a pleasure to be a customer!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

No fuss, good information

Have been using Starling for a couple of years now. Have 3 other bank's accounts and Starling is by for the easiest to use. Full marks to Starling just need you to enable me to start paying euro bills Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

No fuss

Easy to use, some great features on their app, like checking spend with Asda, and Spaces are great! Plus I think I get more interest on my account than in my other bank savings account! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Unsurpassed customer service

I can't speak highly enough of Starling Bank's customer service. Starling Bank's customer service is nothing less than a delightful oasis in a vast wasteland of nasty, incompetent useless corporate inaccurately labelled 'customer service'. Having used Starling's customer service using both email and phone I can not speak highly enough of them. Starling Bank appears to use human beings who actually ... wait for it ... read/list, consider and reply to every aspect of what I've asked about or the issue I was currently having. Then -- apparently without the need of a 'customer service' checklist or script -- they actually addressed my issues! Gasp! They didn't pass the responsibility or blame on the customer as a default action. Amazing! All aspects of my issues were addressed and resolved as if emailing or talking with a friend. Brilliant! There will always be issues with any service or product. However I have no fear should I need assistance in the future because I know from personal experience Starling Bank will listen, think and act (even outside the box!) to answer my questions or resolve issues. I would have given them a big hug if I could. Never thought I'd say customer service was a pleasant experience. I can with Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Best for Banking!

It's as simple as the heading suggests, Starling is by far the best for banking. No-fuss, no soppy rules, just an innovative and refreshing way to do banking. Starling has dragged retail banking kicking and screaming into the 21st century! Long may it continue! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Simple and stylish

I have been with Starling for around 12 months no and can't fault them. The app is so easy to use. I love that I get notifications when money is going in and out of my account. I've only had to contact them once and I was a bit concerned about how that would go but my query was resolved very quickly and in a very friendly manner. What more could you want?
