So easy to use

being a bit of a technophobe i have always resisted 'on line' banking. However i am so glad that someone persuaded me to use Starling. It is so easy to set up your account. The savings areas are great for budgeting for holidays etc., paying in cheques is as simple as taking a photograph, and paying bills is instantaneous. I have been converted! How banking should be!

My son recommended a challenger bank so I researched and went with Starling. How refreshingly easy everything is. Excellent for travelling abroad (when it was last possible). Efficient, friendly and sensible when you interact with them. That’s what you need from a bank! The other old school banks could learn a lot from Starling! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

I have recently switched my current account to Starling and i am super happy with the services. What is most outstanding for me is that this is the first bank that makes me feel important. Starling treats me as a customer who is valued with the intention to make me happy with the service. I appreciate that. The service is fast and friendly. Everything you want in a bank.

From the ease of setting up the account to navigating the app and all of its features, Starling are hands down the best bank I have been with. 5* fir everything. I can’t fault them! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great app

Very surprised most banks don't adopt similar features to Starling Bank's mobile app. Stuff like requesting money and the sender being able to pay with Apple Pay isn't possible with NatWest or the other major banks. Overall, great app, clean and easy to navigate UI, good features. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
