Love Starling, feels like how banks SHOULD be

Starling is like a breath of fresh air. If you took what services banks should offer, then scrapped the current way of thinking about them and started with a blank piece of paper, Starling is how you'd want them to end up. Absolutely love them - have a personal account, joint account with my wife, my 18 year old son has one and my daughter will when she turns 16 in June. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

So easy to use

Switching to Starling bank has changed how I manage my money. Their customer service is second to none and setting up was so easy, I was so impressed I went on to switch my business account to Starling too. Leaves other banks with their clunky systems in the dust. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Best bank ever.

I've never actually felt very strongly about a bank before! But since I joined Starling a few years ago I've been so pleased. I've had to get in touch with them a couple of times regarding fraudy stuff and they've been brilliant. The customer service is second to none. This is the best UK bank

Since I moved to the UK in 2018 I was looking for a bank that was modern, had a fully-functional app where I could do anything on my mobile and that would be fast and reliable.
