Brilliant product and customer service

Since taking out an account with Starling, I have rarely had cause to contact them with any matters/concerns/issues. Easy Peasy Banking

Fantastic bank

We originally used Starling for our holidays in France but found the Bank to be so good we us it all the time. Easy to put money in; to pay bills; to make transfers; for everything you need. Love the updated app which is even better than before. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Non fussy simple app

Innovative, inspired and incredibly easy to use.

Using Starling is a pleasure. Everything is well presented and easy to find. Being an app based service they have put the effort in to developing a super product. The app is so easy to navigate.

Someone hacked into our account at 11.30pm one night and due to Starling sending a message to say funds had been spent we were able to deal with the matter quickly and easy and the money which was fraudulently spent was quickly returned to our account.
