Quick response to queries.

An unauthorised direct debit was due to come out of my account and received a reply to my query before I went to work. Great seeing what is due out the following day. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great convenient banking

Delighted since I moved to Starling. Great, easy to use app. Advice readily available and love the company updates too. Feels really personal, and the monthly interest is a nice wee boost that reflects Starling appreciate their customers and want to give a little back. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Modern, responsive, straightforward

I am no tech wiz but the telephone app is intuitively easy and even when I get stuck ( which I do) there is a quick response to queries online. I lost a card abroad and they got a replacement to me in 72 hours. I changed my business account to Starling now too. I thouroughly recommend Starling. Let Branson buy an Island with his own money.
