21st century approach to banking

A Great Find

Initially opened this account because the foreign exchange was such good value and so easy. But I am sold! It's so easy to use, no fuss, no faff. Rates are good, customer service - when I've needed it - has so far been excellent (a note of caution: as companies become bigger their customer service ALWAYS deteriorates; so hope this doesn't happen here!). Switched to starling last year and i"m so happy that I did for both Personal and Business Accounts

All my dealings with Customer Service have been very good nothing is to much trouble and the banking app for both Personal and Business are fantastic the thing i'm most impressed with is the security ie when making online payments you have to approve in your app before they will be approved which at this time where fraud is high this really protects your money. Great free current account

Starling Bank has great services, providing me a current account where I can create my own saving goals and, also, I can manage all my account with my mobile. Lat year, they created the option to use it in computer/laptop, that was great because sometimes I prefer to use it. Also, Starling Bank has the option to have a Euro account, if you want. Just such an efficient user friendly app

Easy to use app based banking.

Having had a nightmare experience with HSBC with their over complicated security systems forcing me to navigate between an app and online banking to do what should be straightforward and simple tasks, it was an easy decision to open an account with Starling. Absolutely brilliant and a really simple and thorough app
