Easy straightforward with no catches

Easy to manage myself, gives me autonomy over my own account, no having to wait in a queue for 40 minutes to cancel a direct debit. Banking just became extraordinarily streamlined. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Starling brings smart, modern, features to customers, in an ethical, yet effective, way. That is far more than can be said for the high-street bank; using legacy technology, and not truly caring for the customer. Starling's products are few, but what they do they do extremely well, and can be integrated with others via Open Banking. I've tried loads of products, and I can't better Starling. Just waiting on the Kite version of the app to finalise the family's suite of financial apps! Reviewed on: 21st January 2021
