I love the mobile banking app!

What makes Starling Bank especially great for me is the excellent mobile banking app. It's so easy to use, well laid out and elegantly designed. It's really helped me to be more organised and feel more in control when it comes to my finances. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Excellent experience so far

Card services has been the best I've experienced. Being able to turn on / off certain features, e.g. disable when I'm not sure if it's lost without having to call up and reorder a new one which arrived 2 days later... simplicity I don't get with HSBC. Not to mention the fee free currency exchange. I haven't transferred all of my banking over so I don't know if the honeymoon period will persist but so far, excellent. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Nothing bad to say

The whole app and banking process is seamless, painless and intuitive. A bank needn't be revolutionary to be noticed, rather just do everything a bank should do well. Big banks take note: Starling is well ahead of the curve. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
