The peoples bank

Easy, flexible and on live. The bank account for the digital generation, no need for needless receipts, on the spot payment notifications that allow users to know when and where payments are made live. Understanding your spend on a monthly basis has always been a struggle with the main stream banks, what starling have done have used a simple algorithm to break down that spend into simple categories, something end users have been wanting from the big banks for years. Starling is a new age bank that has broken the mold, the big boys are miles behind and need to take a leaf from the starling revolution. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Quick, Reliable and Responsive

Have been with starling a little over 2 years (Or since it started, whichever's longest) had a few small hic-ups like all new companies then. They have ironed out 99% of bugs and payments go lightning fast and on time, its a brilliant bank! Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Easy, convenient, great rates

Been with a well known high street bank for years, moved to starling three months ago and already feel better informed, more organised with my money and ultimately not ripped off. No hidden charges and notifications before you go overdrawn or face an unexpected charge, unlike my old bank which are happy to send you overdrawn so they can charge you, I could go on but too and bottom is I can’t recommend switching to starling enough. Highly recommended, an example to other banks.

I was a very early adopter of Starling and have been thoroughly impressed with their service, products and transparency throughout my time with them. Whenever I have had cause to contact Starling, usually due to a general query or an error on my part, I have always been very impressed having been dealt with personally, politely and efficiently. I am yet to find better customer service or experience with another financial provider in the UK. Their app is second to none and really shows what is possible. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
