So much easier than high street banks

I like the option to have folders which I can name and save my money into, as well as having a folder which I have a “round up” linked. Any problems are quickly dealt with, without having to leave my house. As someone who is at times unable to go out it is reassuring to have complete control of my finances without having to venture out to a high street bank. The interest is higher than other banks. Knowing I can immediately stop my card being used if it is lost or stolen is again easy, quick and reassuring. I have banked with Starling for over a year now and I am 100 % happy with the service provided. There was one time I had forgotten my PIN number and it was sorted out within hours not days which is typical of high street banks. I have recommended Starling to family and friends and my husband has just signed up for an account when I explained all the positives as well as the pros and cons of opening an account with Starling. I feel Starling is the way forward in modern banking. It is so much easier to take control of my finances without having to venture out to a high street bank. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Easy banking.

Newly joined but everything is on a par with mainstream banks. All the features are clear and concise, no hiccups or unexpected results. Am considering making a full switch in the near future. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Great easy to use banking that puts you in control!

Wonderful easy to set up easy to use. Notifications to tell me when payments are due out. Instant notifications of any activity. Works everywhere (except fuel card pumps). With Apple pay etc! Savings pots and rounding up payments with no crappy charges! Love it! Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Easy to set up and some great features

A friend recommended Starling to me and I’m so glad they did. Good app, I love the feature of allocating spaces to save for things. I find it easier to save that way. Very efficient, signed up on my phone in less than 10 minutes and had my card through the post 3 days later. The quality of the envelope it arrived in suggested they go one further than other banks. , who just put there’s in a wafer thin envelope stuck on a letter. Very easy to open the account and very easy to use.

Really easy to open and account,easy to use, easy to transfer money between accounts, looking forward to taking my starling bank Card to France,Italy and Greece next spring/summer and not get ripped off with the big bank charges. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
