The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Modern!

Finally braved moving away from the standard high street bank and I'm so glad I did! The app is amazing, I love being able to split my savings in to pots and a I love how it reports my spending in to merchants and categories, giving me a simple, clear view of my finances! The switch from old bank to Starling was all done following a few clicks from me and when I contacted them via live chat with some questions they were quick to respond and give me all the info I needed.
