Really convenient banking

I got so fed up with other banks because their pending charges were really unclear and they had loads of hidden fees. Starling is easy to use and I set up a joint account with my boyfriend so quickly it made other banks look like a complete joke. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Excellant

Recently had a problem with a payment, contacted the bank for help and even though I managed to resolve myself the support I recieved was fantastic as they offered there help and even after it was resolved they offered back up if needed, brilliant. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Streets ahead of the big banks!

Everything is better than you expect from start to finish. Account opening process was quick and easy - instantly adding the card to Apple wallet. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Very easy switching process; great for spending abroad

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish of the transfer process and I find the phone app very user-friendly. It's great that the current account is interest-bearing (not all are these days). I'm looking forward to being able to use online banking from a computer, which is coming soon...
