Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Very straightforward banking with no charges!

Dumped my previous bank (having banked with them for over 50 years) for Starling Bank and already benefiting both financially and ease of banking (far more convenient with information on transactions available immediately). Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Personal Banking Simplified

Signup was straightforward, with reassuring security measures handled swiftly and efficiently. The app is intuitive to use and provide all the day to day functionality needed for personal banking. I can't image Starling frustrating me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Easy to use and simple

The app is well designed and put together and has a good user experience. All money in and out you get notified on, even if the merchant reverses a transaction you get notified so you can be sure what you see is what you have. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Fab easy to use

So easy to use being app based! Love that I can pay in at the post office which is quicker than trekking into town. The saving spaces are great for budgeting. I will never go back to a high street bank now. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

Hassle free, great service

Starling has been fantastic. The signup was quick and easy, I received my card promptly. It costs me nothing to use my card abroad in the EU. I once had to phone customer service and I was on the phone with a real person within a couple of minutes, a pleasant agent helped me resolve my matter very quickly. The app has innovative features such as proximity payments. I genuinely can't fault Starling - highly recommended. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020
