Best banking I have had in 50yrs

I have been with many banks both in the UK and overseas but Starling have provided the best service to me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Easy to use and simple

The app is well designed and put together and has a good user experience. All money in and out you get notified on, even if the merchant reverses a transaction you get notified so you can be sure what you see is what you have. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Fab easy to use

So easy to use being app based! Love that I can pay in at the post office which is quicker than trekking into town. The saving spaces are great for budgeting. I will never go back to a high street bank now. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

Hassle free, great service

Starling has been fantastic. The signup was quick and easy, I received my card promptly. It costs me nothing to use my card abroad in the EU. I once had to phone customer service and I was on the phone with a real person within a couple of minutes, a pleasant agent helped me resolve my matter very quickly. The app has innovative features such as proximity payments. I genuinely can't fault Starling - highly recommended. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

22nd century yet personally accessible

I have been with Starling going on for 2 years and that was one of the best life choices I have ever made. Starling’s app is near perfect and with Apple Pay to boot, I can literally now leave the house with phone in hand and leave my wallet behind. Access to support is both swift and pleasurable in the engaged and friendly interaction on each occasion.
