Silk, current and so handy!

What a fantastic modern approach to banking! The app is so user friendly, the real-time updates are so helpful and the card is super sexy!! Brilliant, responsive and user friendly - the future of banking

This is the only way to bank - easy and immediate bank transfers, interest on credit, easy to lock card if lost, up to date account status, and text warnings when direct debits are due out of the account. Banking like it's 2020

It is 2020? yes...? This is what I find myself saying to staff members. of legacy high st banks when I come up against something unknown with my own bank (starling). Things like instant and printable statements..live spending analysis, instant account opening.. etc etc.. The response I usually get back is "I only bank with them as I have to for my job" I feel like calling in UN Peacekeeprs sometimes... Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Best Banking service I have ever experienced.

Fast efficient service instantly updated transactions, keeping me fully updated. When a fraudulent transaction appeared, Customer Services told me what would happen, kept me updated and recovered all my money stress free. Perfect service. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Very straightforward banking with no charges!
