Amazing customer service and easy-to-use user interface for the app

For instance when I needed to reset my password as I had forgotten it the customer service experience was amazing as I was told what to do with quite straight forward and easy to understand instruction, additionally the Mobile App’s User Interface is easy to use and efficient. Amazing, the way banking should be in the 21st century

Opening the account was so easy I couldn't believe it at first. Then the ability to instantly open up a Euro account too and transfer between them at pretty much interbank rates or pay directly in GBP or EUR with my card. Best Modern Bank!

My experience with Starling has been phenomenal. I opened the account one evening with no paperwork and no faffing about. It just happened. I was able to put money into my account and use the mobile facility to make payments in shops straight away. I'd initially just planned for it to be a spare account for going abroad but the user experience has been so good that I essentially just use it as my main bank account. It's when dealing with Starling via the app or using the chat function (always answered very quickly) that you realise how much time other banks waste; whether it's pointless paperwork, queueing on the phone because the app doesn't do what you need, waiting for something in the post, Starling minimises it all where other banks don't. It sounds strange to say you love your bank account... But I do! Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Simple but genius options!

I love all the options available in my Starling account. I particularly love Spaces. The ability to cordon off money for different reason/projects/savings without having to have separate accounts is brilliant. So useful. New customer getting satisfaction
