Keeping it simple

I travel regularly and to a range of countries so access to cash and an ability to charge to a card is essential, no bank is more efficient and cost effective than Starling. Add to that instant updates and online card security management then they seem to have everything covered. A very good job! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

What all banking should be like

These people really do losten to what customers want and what customer service really means. After years putting up with the big four banks and the wannabes like Santander. I love this bank

There are so many features that make banking with Starling an enjoyable experience everything is easy and it has all the features I would want and some I didn’t expect. It’s great that I am able to set up different spaces to save my money but also have instant access when needed. I like the instant message when money is paid into and goes out of my account. I like the reminders to let me know which payments are due the next day. 24/7 access to customer services is great. I like having a free current account that pays small amounts of interest. I love the easy way to set up new payments and review the scheduled payments. I love having a debit card I can easily use abroad with no transaction fees. The list of things I love about Starling is endless and it’s great to know that Starling will have even more to love as it continues to introduce new features. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Completely Safe Banking

First thing I thought of before opening an account was 'is it safe to do pure online banking' Faceless contacts etc BUT wow, so easy to open account, easy to use the app and easy to use your card and to top it all the staff when I called them are so nice and friendly unlike some banks. An efficient service, easy to use.

I have accounts with several banks. Starling is the most efficient and easy to use by mobile phone. It is a no fuss bank and no problems have arisen with it so far (in 10 months). The Euro account additional option is an excellent advantage too. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
