Been using this bank for a couple of years: I'm very impressed with how quickly I see payment or receipt of money details in my account overview, and I love that I can use it abroad with such a great exchange rate and the same fantastic speed, so I know exactly where I am financially. Amazing Service

When having to return home due to an emergency, we needed to use the French autoroutes for 700 miles. For some reason, the first toll station would not accept the Starling card so we paid with cash. being low on cash, I was worried that we would not have enough to get to the port. Before we reached the next toll booth, I phoned Starling to sort out the problem. The assistant was extremely helpful and she advised what needed changing on my bank app settings. By the time I arrived at the next toll station, the card worked and we had no further problems, and made it back home. If this problem had arisen with my other bank account, I seriously doubt the matter would have been resolved so quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
