Excellent Flexibility and Customer Service

I've found the service in particular to be excellent. I've had few queries to be honest as the app is so reliable but when I have I have received prompt replies and clear explanations. Simply Sophisticated

I’ve always had a guarded relationship with banks as I have never managed my money well. I’ve always paid my debts though. Starling started me on the road to getting to grips with staying in the black whilst reducing my debt. Direct Debits, Standing Orders, Monet goals and the amazing text messages that give me time to keep in the black and stop payments being made. I’m 61and have found it easy least to navigate and I love the security even when they tell me my card is at first declined when using Contactless. Top notch bank

Starling is, in my view, a top notch bank because it is so use friendly. I have longed for a bank that makes it easier for me to budget my expenses and savings. The app works well on both iPhone and iPad and the ability to offset goal savings against any overdraft charges is great. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Brilliant

My first experience of a bank account that sends alerts straight away to show the payment. It is particularly useful when used abroad as it shows straight away the likely amount converted to be taken from the account. It is also very easy to send money abroad and the cost involved for this is much smaller than using a high street bank I love this bank account precisely for these reasons Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
