Great bank!

I love that it doesn't charge any fees for transactions made abroad. I love it! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Made the jump and wouldn't change.

I left Monzo worrying about my security and went to First Direct who really messed up the switch process. I then saw a tv advert for Starling and did a bit of research and since joining I haven't looked back, great customer service and fantastoc tools. Good helpful bank

Starling offer a good service and even pay a little interest on ordinary accounts. They also do not charge to withdraw money from a machine abroad which saves having to take loads of cash with you when you go on holiday or on business Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Easy Banking

Just Brilliant Banking

joined Starling in its infancy just needing a card to use on my honeymoon to Florida. Since we came back I have steadily moved almost all my banking over to starling because they just do everything so simple and instantaneous. I cannot praise them more. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

So easy

I use my card abroad and home with ease no need to exchange money and I like that the saving pot doesn’t show on my balance screen so I can forget that it’s there saving up nicely for my holiday, just drawing cash abroad would make this card unbeatable Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Sensible, simple banking for busy people

I moved to Starling after 20-odd years with an old-fashioned bank, and I haven't regretted it for a second. The app is simple to use and gives me lots of scope to develop my own categories to manage my money, and gives me 'spaces' to move my cash to so that I don't spend it, without messing round sending money between accounts. The Settle Up function makes it really easy to get people to pay me back when I pick up the bill or fork out for a joint present. I would like to be able to access it through the web as well as my phone, and I am cautious about the implications of losing my phone as it's now essential to my banking, but apart from that, I am completely happy.
