Simple and intuitive

Starling Bank is like a breath of fresh air. Gone are the clunky old procedures seen with more traditional banks. Starling offers a fully-featured online current account via an attractive, easy to navigate app. The clean interface is a joy to use and everything seems to work seamlessly. Perfect! Just the best of the mobile-only banks!!

I needed an easy, digital bank that allowed me to have a dual GBP/EUR accounts while being able to make wires to France. There you go, Starling! Very well organized, everything's explained in details and easy to access, the app is a delight as they already thought about all you might need in it, from account details, statements, wires, switching from one acccount to another with one click. changing easily your contact details... Wires from and to France are free of charges with the EUR account, and a minimal fare is asked between EUR and GBP, saving me lots of money. And the subscription took only 2 days + card delivery in another 4 days! Only thing missing: a web portal access that can ease the navigation and prevent any difficult times if you lost your phone. Banking Nirvana

I’ve always wanted a bank that shows my true balance as soon as I’ve made a transaction. Never mind pending balances and all that. Banking and advice

I wish with every fibre of my being that I could influence everyone to bank with Starling. I love how my Account is handled- every time I spend I get a notification of what is left in my balance- how cool is that! I just wished Starling was around when I was young and working. So much more open than traditional High Street banks

Having used quite a number of the big named High Street banks over the last 40+ years, this is the first bank where I feel they're not just in it for them. The customer counts. Easy of use, and of course open 24 /7 with a handy app, I had no hesitation in recommending them to 2 of my older grand children. Best decision I made in 2019
