STARLING Current Account

I Was With A Previous Bank And There Internet Or ContactLess payments would not Come out of my account straight away so had problems knowing what I had spent. NO problem with starling and they were that good I closed my current account with my previous bank and opened one with them which they painlessly moved my direct debits over. Who needs anything more

From opening my account with the app to providing my ID with a photo and instantly getting my card to use with ApplePay, the entire experience has been efficient and seamless. Only once have I had to contact customer services in the app (about a non-account issue) and the response was immediate, and resolved within ten minutes. I’ve never before been compelled to praise or recommend a bank, however; Starling have something great that I’m more than happy to shout about. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
