Easy

Simply the best bank ever. It is SO simple to operate I almost feel like I'm cheating!! Customer service is second to none. And with mental health problems, the fact that I don't have to do phoning or visiting branches - it's wonderful. If all the companies I dealt with were this good, my life would be magical. The process of applying to getting approval to open this account was smooth, no pressures, was an easy yet robust process.
